    Hi, I'm trying to use the express builder to create a facebook wall to embed in a personal website. However, anytime I load it up the sidebar on the left containing the options refuses to show. I've tried this with the latest versions of multiple browsers (FF, IE, Chrome, Safari), and also on 2 seperate PCs both running Win7. I've also tried updating Java to no avail. Is this a problem with the cooliris site or my set-up? Any ideas on how to test if it is an issue with my system?

    I've checked the source code and believe it is the element tab-sidebar that fails to show, and I've seen screenshots posted so know what it should look like but all I get is the default wall on the right of the page and clear space on the left where the sidebar should be. Even after logging in through facebook, or selecting between the 3 stages (content, customise, publish), I am still unable to see the sidebar and thus the express builder tool is unusable.

    If it helps I am based in the UK.

    If no-one can help with the express tool, can anyone post an example facebook code using the default 3D wall layout for me to add my personal facebook user/photo album details?

    Have been having the same problem for 48 hours. I use the walls for our client's websites and can't work on anything until it is fixed. Don't want to have to look at other options as the Cooliris Express is so easy and looks amazing!

    Any idea from Cooliris when the Express will be working properly again? I even checked by clicking to edit existing saved walls, but the menu to edit doesn't show there either.

    Same here. Hasn't worked for me since yesterday. Can't create, can't edit.

    Hello Everyone,

    Am having the same problem.

    I can login, but I can't see the side nav bar to do anything, not even update my own wall.

    This is frustrating because I just recently advised a client of mine as of a couple of days ago that he should let me do a cooliris wall, then I go back and it doesn't work.

    Even did some research and the steps dictate that there should be a side nav to config your options.

    Maybe they are doing some type doing some type of upgrade??? and this is why its down.

    I do know there was a new Flash update that downloaded automatically a few days ago for PC and it may have something to do with it but not familiar enough. I did the same issues and have a client's website sitting unfinished waiting for Cooliris walls for their galleries via Facebook. They have API codes for Picasa & Flickr but nothing for Facebook yet (says coming) so I can't even hard code it myself.

    Can someone at Cooliris please reply with an update on when it will be functioning and I can update clients?

    Just like when you release a new version of the wall, do not bother to verify that it works.
    Fortunately, as we've been through, we have saved a local copy of a previous plugin working ...

    As soon as the plugin will function, and will not hesitate to link directly from the server cooliris ....

    is free, but not necessarily mean that it should work crashing thousands of websites!! ;-(((((((

    Things should be fixed now. If you are still experiencing issues, please do the following:

    1) Clear your browser cache -
