Cooliris > Not able to select picture from facebook

Hello,

I have two clients that have Facebook accounts that want the cooliris interactive gallery.

When I set my account up, it was so simple, but I CAN NOT get cooliris to work for my other two clients.

I tried selecting "from all my albums" - no pictures populate
tried selecting "from an album" and there is text stating "select an album" but no albums populates to select.

This is extremely frustrating not to mention I am not looking very good regarding my clients.

My only solution at this point is to upload their content onto my facebook and youtube accounts, as I know these work, but that's going to be a lot more work and now the clients will now not be able to manage their own content and will have to depend on me.

Is there anyone that can shed some insight as to why this is???

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Also I would like to call this to the tech staff for Cool Iris that this is a "bug" that needs to be looked into further as other users may be having the same problem.
